 Get ready to welcome some yummy fresh November PINspiration.

I was of course inspired to ink up this super cute Stamping Bella stamp with her yummy cookies.

I was also inspired to try something new and ink her up in pink.

Pinspired Challenge #17

Good morning!

The newest Pinspired Challenge is up and I think this one is just perfect for fall comfort.

Whisker Graphics have generously provided the winner of this challenge 3 whole spools of solid twine.  So you know you want to play.

So pretty I just had to transfer that warmth onto a card.

Took that quilt theme and ran with it using WPlus9 quilt pattern.

Had to also add a little fabric in there so went with my current favorite May Arts Ribbon "Faux Canvas" in Salmon.

Pinspired Challenge #15

 Hello everyone!  Miss me?

It's been so long since I last blogged and don't get confused with my last post because even that was pre-written weeks ago.  The reason...I've been in a funk.  So uninspired, no energy kind of funk.  I got tons of ideas and a very clean desk but just no umph to get up and make stuff.  I totally blame it on my kids leaving me to go back to school (Yes I'm needy like that).  Oh well I got to get over it and I'm starting with this card.

Pinspired Challenge #12

Hello Friday...WooHoo!
Looking for some weekend inspiration?  I got some.

 Made this layout of my BABY baby (aka the youngest in our tribe) for this weeks Pinspired Challenge.  Take a look at this super lovely summer party picture we found on Pinterest.

I was inspired by the color scheme and all the natural elements in the photo.  I also really loved the POPs of red in the midst of all the greens, blues, and tan.

 For this layout I decided to replicate the red accents in the photo as paint splatter.
Since my photo is one of my son and I, I didn't want it to look so overwhelmingly girly with lots of flowers.  So I stamped Avery Elle's "Petals and Steams" stamp in white on vellum.  I love how the fussy cut, stamped vellum turned out on this page.

I tried not to add too many accents to the page.  But had to add May Arts "Burlap in 4inch" (with the trim cut off) and a little tangled twine of May Arts "Baker's Twine".  The combination of the fibers with the lovely Pebbles Inc pattern paper really brought the whole page together.
