Hello happy people!
Work has been busy but I got in some therapeutic "me" time last week. That means time at my craft desk. I even made some cards for a magazine call and got one picked up. Whoop whoop!
So today I wanted to share a happy card.
This card was originally not all yummy watercolored out.
At first I created the ombre yellow and pink chevrons with a stencil, some gelatos and a bunch of modeling paste. Then I stamped that happy saying and called it a day. I liked it but thought it needed some...something!
Then I saw this watercolored loveliness from the awesome Virginia and I knew what it needed.
So pretty. So inspiring.
This is Virginia's first challenge on her new "Virginia's view" challenge blog.
She is the sweetest! Ask anyone in this paper crafting world and they well tell you that she is not only real and candid but also encouraging and lovingly. PLUS her view rocks. I still remember the first of the first Virginia's view.

Wow, Lalo, I am so glad that this challenge prompted you to play. Knowing that you are back to work, I am sure that it must be more challenging to get some craft time! I adore how you used the diecut with water-colors! Truly lovely and artsy in every way! Thanks for linking up to Virginia's View Challenge! xo
