A bold flower SPARKS challenge

What a weekend it was. Lots of good times with the family this thanksgivings weekend and to end it all my oldest boys competed in their first surf competition...They were awesome I'm soooo proud of them!!!

And now it's time for a little
Paper Smooches
SPARKS challenge

Don't really consider myself to be a graphic card maker but this one turned out quite so. Used the heart from the "perpetual bliss" set to make bold flowers. And of course the thanks is from "pretty phrases"

This is what I'm Thankful for...

As I try to teach my children to be thankful for the many little everyday things that we take for granted like fresh clean water, an abundant amount of good food, and having safe surroundings... It's our family that means the most. I am thankful for healthy happy kids...all four of them and I am thankful for the time we get to spend together as a family, whether it's relaxing at home or surfing at the beach.

So here's a layout of what I'm most Thankful for this Thanksgivings Day...
Have an AWESOME day!

"let the good times roll" Sparks Challenge

HAPPY HUMP DAY
It's half way till the weekend and I've been having such an awesome week that this card is totally motivating me to keep on keeping on in a positive way.
The inspiration behind this card is from
Paper Smooches
SPARKS
Challenge

Used Paper Smooches "Perpetual Bliss" for this card. The jukebox is paper peiced and colored with color pencils and the background is the cute little 10 cent stamp, Totally surprised that I got it so even looking.

A merry Christmas wreath & card

Can you believe Christmas is only 40 days away!
I saw how little time there was till Christmas that I almost freaked out!!! Really only 40 days away!!!

So with that being said I have a little Christmas wreath to share.
Played along with
Moxie Fab World:
Championing Award Medallions Challenge

These paper medallions are all the rage and not only do they look fantastic but so fast and easy to make.

Used white crepe paper to add texture to a brought wreath, then crossed around with blue paper string. The stamps are all from Hero Arts "Magic of Christmas" set. And here's a tutorial on how to make a ribbon flower (in this case the centers)
And since this is a gift I had to make a matching card...
Okay now get crafting because like I said 40 days!

Squiggle Saturday Challenge

It's time for another
Squiggle Saturday Challenge
this time we want you to think outside of the box...or more like the card

I found these little paper mache ornaments at my local hobby shop and picked them up. Thought they made the perfect cozy home for these cute little Christmas Penguins.
Penguins - Love & Mistletoe
(this is a two for one...you get two cute penguin digis)
Don't need a squiggle stamp to play so I hope you'll join BUT you can always pickup the
FREE digi elf HERE

Have a great weekend!

May/June Rejects

Every have the crafting blues???
I know I'm not alone...Just can't seem to brake out of the rut this week
(I know...pity party for me...booohoo)
But I think I'm going to get some crafting done this week. Been feeling inspired by all the blog hopping I've been doing.
And how fitting that today I'm sharing two little rejects.

Entered these into the May/June Paper Craft call.
I really like them and I'm so glad for the
Damask Love:
Reject Blog Hop

Because now I can share them with all of you!

This was for sketch #1
It's done with all "Pebbles Inc." you would think I was their rep.
This one is for Sketch #2
Used "Sweet Stamp Shop" and "American Craft" paper

Okay I'll hopefully get my crafting on today.
Thanks for all the LOVE you show for my work.
You gals are the BEST!!!

MSS Novermber Paint the town challenge

Market Street Stamps are feeling purple and so am I.
With all the fall goodness and Holiday crafting around us we tend to forget about all the other colors. SO I had to play along with this months
"Paint the town challenge"

Three lovely shades of purple and a nice earthy green.
Used Market Street Stamps "Sweet lace"...I'm thinking this is my favorite stamp in my stamp drawer right now!
Anyhoo back to Holiday Crafting for me
