Felt flowers: Queen&co.
Pen: Sakura Glaze (black), Marvy Decocolor (white paint pen)
Yarn: Sugar’n Cream
Crochet needle: I (5.5mm)
I traced a bowl that we had for the circle and cut it out. Originally I was going to use the circle part but it looked way to busy, so I went with the outside instead.
The Layout was starting to look like two different pages so I was trying to think of how I could pull everything together. I was thinking stitching but already glued everything down *impatient me*. Then I thought crocheting. I started crocheting like a year ago because for some weird reason I thought I needed another hobby (my man was thrilled, NOT). I had all the supplies so I made a basic train stitch and just glued it to the page.
The flourishes on the page were cut from vellum.
Here’s how I made a custom vellum cut out …
First draw a design on scrap paper.
Then use glue tape on the outside of your design and adhere vellum to the paper
Now just cut it out using your drawing as a guide.
There you have it a custom vellum cutout. I ran a white paint pen around the edges just to give it a little pop.

Great job on the vellum flourish. Looks lovely. I really like that you incorporated the crochet trim border. Very pretty touch.
