Today is a fun day because the May Arts Ribbon gals have set up a holiday crafting hop with some special guest. KIDS! So grab your children (or barrow some) and check out all the cool kids craft ideas we got for you today.
My kids love the holidays. Of course their favorite part is getting
gifts on Christmas but they also like to buy and wrap presents. So I thought they would like to make their own gift
tags and they did! Here is an easy string tag perfect for a children
to create.
I started off by prepping the project for my children by cutting the tags and punching the holds. I used a template for the shape and then used a paper piercer to poke holes around the template.
Next cut a yard of String Burlap. Add a knot to one end and a piece of tape to the other.
Now's the time to hand it off to the kiddies.
When they're done, stamp a sentiment and that's it!
I think it's awesome to see how different they look depending on who makes them.
Love the individuality!
Add their tag to a gift with a simple clothes pin and you got one good looking present.
Want to see more awesome ideas to craft with your kids this holiday?
Stop by the May Arts Ribbon blog and hop along. You could also win some fibers too!
Next on today's hop is Mallika Kejriwal

Very cool craft for kids!
This is too cute! An ornament template would be darling, too. Oh, I just love this project! Love how you used tape at the end of your twine, in place of a needle. No mess either. That's always good :) TFS!
