Yup it's a fun hop with three awesome companies!
May Arts Ribbon, Tombow & DCWV. Ribbon, adhesive and paper. What more could you want?
Hope along with all three companies and their awesome design teams for inspiration galore and a chance to win a super cool prize from them. How does a stack from DCWV, a spool of ribbon from May Arts and Xtreme Adhesive, Power Tabs, Removable Adhesive and Fastener
Tabs from Tombow sound? Awesome right? So head on to the May Arts Ribbon blog to find out all the details.
For my project I combine the three for a uber chic and oh so glittery pin-board.
I covered a pin-board with a sheet from DCWV cork stack andthen made that owl glitter.
Here's a little tutorial on how it came together.
Mix together Tombow glue and a little white paint. Sponge this mixture over DCWV owl stencil and then remove stencil. Before the glue drys, sprinkle over the image with glitter. That's it!
To finish up the project I trimmed the bottom with May Arts Ribbon in 5/8inch Faux Canvas and 1/2 Pom Pom string. Poked two holes on the top and added 1.5inch Solid Wrinkle Ribbon so you can hang it up.
wow---that turned out great!
