Card banner "Happy Birthday"

It's a Moxie kinda Monday and I'm "All In"
I'm playing with the "Card Play Challenge in the Moxie Fab World"

At first I was really stumped with this "card" challenge. I just couldn't come up with an idea that I liked. And then I thought "BANNERS"!!! Yeah who doesn't like banners??? And since I could only wrestle away two playing cards from my boys, this card came out perfectly clean and simple...
