"Down by the Lake"

Out of the hundreds of photos I took of our weekend camping trip (literally I took over 200 photos), I had to scrapbook at least one photo right!?!  I think I'll end up making a mini album with all the pictures and have the kids do the journaling.
Until then here's a follow up to yesterday's "Hoomaluhia Camping Day 1" post.

 I pulled out Fancy Pants Designs' Trend setter collection pack for this layout.  I thought it had the perfect colors and contrasting patterns for the picture.  Not to mention I LOVE that corrugated paper.
 I had these over size chipboard letters for so long.  They were the perfect size and font but the color and pattern of them were all off.  My cheep fast trick for tuning them into something truly perfect is Spray paint.  I also LOVE spray paint!
