A birdcage box!?!

Yes it is!
 And yes it's a

This is how my project started.
A throwaway plastic toy birdcage (for a toy bird that is)
 Just popped the top off, weaved ribbon around, and embellished!
 I LOVE this tag.
Found it when I was cleaning my Tutu's (grandma's) house and she gladly let me have it.  I think she thought I was a little looney for wanting an old button tag but hay she knows me.
