Cricut Cardz Challenge #67

I can't believe it's been a month since my last post. ahhhhhh
Where have I been??? Life and Internet woes got the best of me and my crafty, bloggy life ((( super sad :( )))
So I thought I would get my crafting juices flowing again with a
Cricut Cardz Challenge
"Make a card for Spring, using the colors pink, green, and white ONLY"
So here is my Spring inspired card. The Flower is made from the "Pagoda" cart. It was super easy to makes and totally looks like those big bucks brought paper flowers (try saying that 10x fast) you find in the craft store.

Here's the how toos:
On pink paper cut "shift, flower 8" on the Pagoda cart as followed
Two cuts each at…. 2inches, 1 ¾, 1 ½, 1 ¼, 1, ½ and one cut at ¾ inch

Next stamp the paper with a background texture stamp while your paper is still attached to the cricut mat. I used hero arts "lace background" with ColorBox "frost white" love love love this stamp.
Then remove flowers and brush the edges with white acrylic paint. I used Delta Ceramcoat in white.
Once dry start assembling them in order of size all the time alternating the flowers so the don't sit right on top of each other. I just used glue but any kind of adhesive you like will do. When you come to the last 1/2inch flower you want to turn and glue the petals of the flower inward so it forms like a little ball and glue it to the center. Last thing to do is fluff up the petals so your flower doesn't look flat and that's it!!!
Dont forget the Cricut Cardz Challenge easter blog hop April 6-7 there will be lots of goodies being given away. And every one loves easter goodies!!!
